About an order
Include your order number: the 8-character code on your order page and in your email (for example #9DA6ADA1). Sending from the email address you ordered with lets us find it fastest.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy for when a refund applies. If it does, email us within 30 days with your order number.
Billing questions
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so your receipt and card statement may show Creem. We can answer questions about any charge for a HeritageDeed report.
