Utah HOA lookup

Enter a Utah address, and the community name if you know it. The lookup searches the Utah Department of Commerce HOA registry and lists the matching associations with their registration number, registration type, status, expiry date, management company and related master associations. In Utah County the subdivision name comes from the county parcel record.

Texas and Utah addresses, with the city and state. Adding the subdivision or community name ranks the list. The first 5 results of each list are free; HeritageDeed Pro shows them all.

What Utah requires of an HOA

Utah Code 57-8a-105 requires an association to register with the Department of Commerce no later than 90 days after its declaration is recorded, and to renew the registration every year. The registration gives the association's name and address, the board chair, contact information for the manager, a primary contact for payoff information that a closing agent needs, and whether the association charges a reinvestment or transfer fee.

The registry shows whether a registration is active and when it expires, and lists the other associations of a master-planned community. People on the record (president, board members, payoff contact) are shown here as initials.
